Daniel DeLuca

Daniel DeLuca served as the founding vice president of the Federal Bar Association at the William S. Boyd School of Law, and created several other academic organizations committed to the public interest.  After passing the bar exam on his first attempt and becoming one of Nevada’s youngest attorneys, Daniel immediately entered the most daunting field of law: trial work. He began his career as a public defender in Henderson, his childhood town. Daniel demonstrated his commitment to the Henderson community by personally representing hundreds of clients and trying dozens of cases solo – without ever collecting a fee.

Although he thrived under the intensity of the courtroom and had become a skilled communicator for his clients, Daniel DeLuca wanted to join a team of experienced litigators to hone his abilities. In 2022, he found this team and joined the Paul Powell Law Firm. With the resources and support to specialize, Daniel is heavily invested in matters of case strategy and client care. He is prepared to demonstrate the merits of your case through the testimony of life-care planners, physicians, biomechanical experts, forensic economists, and published professors of law.
