Francesca Hovagimian

Francesca, a summa cum laude graduate in philosophy from UC Santa Cruz, began her legal career volunteering at the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office. She earned scholarships for her work in academic philosophy and epistemic injustice, leading to admission to UC Berkeley Law.

At Berkeley, Francesca interned with public defender agencies in California and Colorado, discovering her passion for defending the accused. As a member of Berkeley’s Death Penalty Clinic, she contributed to a petition to the 11th Circuit.

Francesca passed the Colorado Bar Exam and worked as a trial attorney with the Colorado State Public Defender, defending diverse criminal cases. She pioneered litigation strategies, earning respect in Colorado before moving to Las Vegas for personal injury litigation with the Powell Law Firm.

Francesca is dedicated to justice and accountability, whether defending the Constitution or challenging insurance companies. She strongly believes in advocating for her community.
