Originally from Chile, Sebastian has been a resident of southern Nevada for over 25 years. He attended high school in Las Vegas and earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from UNLV, followed by his law degree from UNLV’s Boyd School of Law. During law school, Sebastian served as the notes editor of the Gaming Law Journal for the publication’s 2017-2018 Edition.
Since obtaining his law license in 2018, Sebastian has devoted himself to assisting the Las Vegas community in various practice areas, including civil litigation and criminal defense. However, the majority of his career has been focused on personal injury litigation.
Sebastian now applies his extensive knowledge and experience to The Powell Law Firm as a pre-litigation claims attorney. Fluent in Spanish, he takes pride in serving southern Nevada’s Hispanic community.
